polite and informative customer services. Participants will
learn listening skills that will help them empathize with
the customer.

telephone call from the viewpoint of the secretary, receptionist,
switchboard operator, or anyone who initially or subsequently
receives and follows up with a call to a business from a customer/clientpatient.
