Customer Service Principals
This class will teach the student how to provide fast, fair, polite and informative customer services. Participants will learn listening skills that will help them empathize with the customer.

Prerequisites: None

Clock Hours: 8

Business Telephone Etiquette
This course will teach the student how to handle business telephone call from the viewpoint of the secretary, receptionist, switchboard operator, or anyone who initially or subsequently receives and follows up with a call to a business from a customer/clientpatient.

Developing A Winning Altitude
This motivational; course stresses the importance of demonstrating the right attitude in all that one does, especially at your workplace.
