Advantage
Training Systems, Inc. is a full service computer and soft
skills training company. The company offers a full range of
services from needs assessment to training validation. The
company has been in business for over 12 years and has recently
expanded its services to include Medical Billing, MCSE (Microsoft
Certified Systems Engineer) and Oracle8 certification training.
The Company also, had launched a temporary staffing division.
ATS employs over 24 people in various capacities including
graphic designers and contract employees.
Gloria
Campbell is the owner of the company. Advantage Training Systems,
Inc. is certified as a Minority and Women - owned business
with the State of Florida and various City and County governments.
The
company's philosophy embodies one, using creative and emerging
technology to constantly update the quality and effectiveness
of its training classes. Our staff of instructors is of the
highest quality and each instructor has a minimum of 2 years
experience in the adult training environment. They are mature,
adult teachers and bring both practical work experience and
academic training to the workplace. Each instructor is periodically
tested and must give presentation to the staff and owner of
the company. This provides critical feedback and assures that
skills are continually honed and sharpened.
ATS'
goal is to provide quality, flexible and customized products
to enhance workplace skills. We will analyze a clients needs,
develop a set of learning objectives, structure the training,
deliver the product, and conduct test validation to determine
the level of learning, transfer of skills, and retention.
